Planets of Auril
1st Planet – Nechronis
The planet closest to the sun, Nechronis is an unremarkable dustball by imperial standards. Scattered ruins litter the planet but only a few scattered Ad mech outposts and various mining colonies dot the planet as far more lucrative options exist further out into the system. Untouched by the tyrannic invasion.
2nd Planet – T’Grai

Scattered rigs dot the vast oceans scouring the planet for any resource. The rigs sometimes go dark, and by the time teams are sent to investigate they are emptied of life. The official line is storms, but rumours persist of signs of a struggle and strange blast marks. Such rumours are swiftly crushed by the Arbites.
3rd Planet – Forgeworld Tethis
The forgeworld was spared by the greater tyrannic invasion thanks to the Chimeras of Redemption, along with local guard, ad-mech and pdf forces. The bulk of the hive fleet having been stopped further out in system. Only a few Tyranid ships even made it close to the world. Where they were massacred by the heavy defence network in orbit. Currently the Battle Barge “Fury of the Unforgiven” lies in dock, under extensive repair. The entire planet of Tethis is covered in structures, every inch of it dedicated to efficiency and production. Rumours abound however, about strange creatures, mutants and cults that roam the underbelly of the planet safe from prying eyes, living among scraps miles below where any natural light can touch.
4th Planet – Maou Maou
A small agriworld, it has suffered from endless ork raids the local PDF never managing to put them down for long, after the invasion feral tyranids roam the land sowing trails of destruction as they go. 6th planet – Grontis
A moderately large gas giant, Orbited by the hulks of a thousand stations, ripped open by the tyrannic invaders. Most repair efforts in the months after the invasion were centered around this planet, leaving it operating at 70% of previous capacity. The remains of two strike cruisers from the “Chimera of Redemption” chapter orbit the planet, sacrificed to defeat the hive fleet.
7th planet – Neuronia
A mostly cold world thanks to its distance from the star, the world was once filled with oceans of forests that gave way to towering cities that exploited the local resources for import elsewhere in the imperium. Its population was nearly completely wiped out during the tyrannic invasion. Little remains but ruins of a once vibrant world, The forest’s were mostly burned or devoured during the invasion A few pockets of civilization remain, centered around PDF stations or imperial guard recruitment centers. A Mechanicus contingent has been dispatched to aid in resource recovery.
